What is Grade Token?
Grade Tokens roll a footballer's grade at the Ranking stand in the Plaza. Cash can roll grades too, and guides say repeated cash rolls on high-tier units can cost millions. UR is the grade those guides call the strongest cash multiplier. The full grade ladder and the UR chance are not published.

How do you get Grade Token?
WEATHER is reported to award 5 Grade Tokens. ADMINABUSE is reported to award 20 Grade Tokens. The official game description tells players to enter WEATHER for free loot.
How do you use Grade Token?
Spend tokens on a footballer you plan to keep placed. Grading a unit you are about to replace does not help the farm. If the stand will not take a token, select a valid footballer and confirm the token is in inventory.
